Very vague title, I know. But, I'm operating with next to no information. I just wanted to post a quick request for prayers on our behalf. Our agency is scrambling to get information so they can pass it along to us. The director said she would call us at the end of the day to let us know what she finds out from our in-country facilitator. It sounds like maybe the adoption process is in upheaval- or maybe at the very least is about to become more expensive. Again, I really don't know anything for certain. But, Philip and I may be needing to make some big decision in the very near future. So, please pray for those in power in Azerbaijan and please pray for wisdom on our parts. We'll keep you posted as things develop through the day. Thank you!
** UPDATE** The director sent me an e-mail letting me know she will be speaking with our facilitator, Rovshan, tonight. She requested prayer for herself and the translator.
Hopefully, I'll have more news when I get home from MOPS tomorrow morning. Thank you for your prayers!!!

This seems to be common news on so many adoption blogs. It's very sad and very discouraging to the many families prayerfully considering adoption. You'd think with 143 millions orphans in the world these types of situations would get more media attention.
I'll be praying for your family and that precious little girl that the Lord has already chosen for your family.
