Philip and I were Holt volunteers at WinterJam tonight. During the concert, we were taken back stage to talk with Eddie and Billy of Newsong and show them pictures of our Hannah. They remembered her from their trip to VCT in September and said she was one of their favorites- so outgoing and sweet. A couple people from the group wanted to take her home. So fun to be able to think, "Nope- she's ours!" Awesome to be able to personally thank them for all they are doing to help orphans around the world by partnering with Holt. I also got to sign up 5 families to support an orphan monthly. I was able to take out our pictures of Hannah and tell each family how personally thankful I am for their committment. Beyond cool. I got to tell one of our docs about your adoption of a little girl from India. He is Indian and then said he has thought a bit about adoption. He really likes Mahaela and I told him to go for it. I then told him about your little sweetie from India. Never know what may prick someone's heart.
