I800 Approval!!!

We were just notified last night that on Dec. 2nd, we received our I800 approval from USCIS! I excitedly picked up the phone and called Holt to find out what exactly was next (and honestly, to make sure they were hopping on our paperwork :). Well, now I need to fill out another government form- I think it is the DS230. VCT (the care center Hannah is associated with) will produce a form and then everything will go to the US Embassy in India. Typically, it takes the Embassy about a month to process the packet but they will be shutting down for Christmas. Dean (our Holt caseworker) said to pray it all goes super quickly so the Embassy will turn everything in to CARA before Christmas. Getting everything turned in to CARA will start Hannah's court proceedings. With the Embassy probably taking a month or longer, being together in May for Hannah's birthday is looking less likely. But if God wills it, I know it can happen. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for praying along with us.
