FBI Clearance

Hello!
First, I hope all of you had a wonderful, blessed Thanksgiving! We drove down to Texas and had an amazing time with my family. Both of my sisters and their husbands were there, as well as cousins I haven't been able to see in years! One travelled all the way from Lebanon to be with us this year. It was wonderful! I do have a funny story I will share with you from our trip. We chose to drive and it takes about 20 hours- with 3 little ones. That is a LONG trip, even with very good children :) At one point, Sierra started calling, "Mommmmyyyyy!" from the back of the van in the most pitiful voice she could manage. I asked what she needed and she replied, "Can I have mercy upon my soul?????" I chuckled and asked what it was she needed. "Can I pleaseeeee get out of my carseat?" We chose to have mercy upon her soul :)
Secondly, I know it has been forever since this blog has been active. But, I think things are really starting to get moving and grooving again! Our homestudy should be written by the end of this week and we received our FBI Clearances today! I was really nervous about this round of clearances because, to make a very long and convoluted story short, we didn't send the forms in exactly the way I was supposed to. So, depending on how minutely picky they were, we may have had to redo them. But, they accepted them and now we have that checked off! I have no doubt times like these are due to our precious praying friends and family. Thank you!
