Dear Philip and Charisa,
I have good news today. This is the email I received from VCT today:
“XXXX and Hanna--The orders have been passed and we have also signed the bonds. This particular court does not expect us to execute the bond in court which is a good thing. The advocate has assured us he is working on receiving the written court orders.” --end of update
YEAH!!! VCT will email a copy of the written order to me as soon as they have it in hand. It usually takes a couple of weeks for the written order to be completed. I’ll email the copy of the order to you as soon as I get it. VCT will apply for Hanna’s Indian Passport when a copy of the order is received.
