As hard as it is for me to believe, I am actually holding a complete dossier! No, I'm not dancing. I don't think reality has set in. Maybe after I get the approval from Holt and get the entire thing Apostilled will it actually feel finished. Regardless, we have jumped through all the hoops, filled out all the forms, passed every screening in order to be at this point. We know that is due to our gracious God and your prayers. THANK YOU. I will put this in the mail to Holt tomorrow.
