Below is a portion of a note I received from Holt that explains what I will be working on this week and next:
The next step is for you to complete the I-800. This includes the I-800, I-864 and I-864a forms and supporting documents. You should download those forms from the USCIS website; you need all 3 as well as the I864P (Poverty Guideline Chart). I’ve attached our I-800 instructions. Use them in conjunction with the USCIS instructions. There is also information in the online India Guidebook.
Go ahead and fill out the I-800, I-864 and I-864a forms and email or fax them to me for review. I will send you the Article 16 Report as soon as I receive the training certificate from CFS. This “report” is actually several documents that need to be sent to USCIS with the I-800.
