I just received an email letting us know we were registered with Bulgaria's Ministry of Justice back on June 4th!
You can go to google.translate.com and enter this address:
http://www.justice.government.bg/new/Pages/Adoptions/Default.aspx
This will allow you to view Bulgaria's Ministry of Justice's website and keep track of where we are on the waiting list using our registration number. Our number is 16-00-311. The last meeting that is posted was on May 15th; so we aren't on there yet. When they update their site, we'll be listed.
