Cardiologist Letter

Hip Hip Hooray!!! Yesterday, I called Dr. Bauernfeind's office to start the process of getting a letter notorized. I knew it was going to be a long and complicated process and wanted to get that ball rolling. Guess what. They were able to put a new notorized letter in the mail to me yesterday! Woohoo!

Cathy has gotten the ball rolling for us to get our Ohio background checks redone.

And I got a copy of the special needs form in the mail yesterday from Cathy. We filled it out with her during her last visit. But I actually needed a copy as well for our dossier work.

On the lighter side, we received the bill from Holt for having approved our homestudy. We have found their billing department to be very prompt :)
